Courteous from the start through to the end. Walked me through all aspects of the work, and the team that came in were friendly, very polite, and diligently ploughed through. Kept the areas very tidy, used dust sheets and cleaned after themselves. All in all, a really great, simple and efficient journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Ryan helped us to install two AC units (bedroom and home office). He was very helpful throughout the process, talking us through the AC unit selection and placement decisions in detail and answering my (numerous) questions about the installation. The installation itself went off without a hitch – everything was done to a very high standard and the property was left in a very tidy and clean condition. Overall would recommend.

Ryan installed air conditioning for me in my loft. I wanted a specific Mitsubishi unit which he sourced for me and then installed tidily and professionally. Really nice guy and great comms, would thoroughly recommend if you need aircon installed!

Ryan quoted me for AC for a community centre in Addington. It’s a children’s workshop room and the room becomes extremely hot during functions. Ryan understood the urgency and worked all the way till 11pm to ensure it was completed before the next function. Didn’t charge me any extra for late hours. Highly recommend.

Firstly, after making an enquiry, Ryan provided a competitive quote very quickly and he has been always quick to respond to messages. On the install day, Morgan and his team were very polite, listened to how I would like the unit to be installed (as part of a discussion) and got on with a very high quality install. Fantastic job installing our first air condition – seamless experience from start to finish, Ryan was able to devise a plan based on a video which was executed perfectly by Lee and Louis on the day – couldn’t be happier with the results and it also helps that Ryan, Lee and Louis are all great guys with fantastic attitude working in the scorching heat on a Sunday, highly recommended!!

We can’t praise Ryan and Sid (his assistant) enough. . Ryan gave us excellence advice on what would be the best unit to suit my heal issues. They arrive on the day and time that had been agreed. They carried out the installations swiftly and making sure the unit was precisely in the right place. And tidied up as they went along. When the installation was completed everything was as it was before the arrived. Ryan explained how to operate the unit from the hand set. Which we found most helpful.

I wanted to share my feedback on the air conditioning installation by RB Air Conditioning. Overall, it was a nice experience. Ryan, the person in charge, was super responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns we had. But, let me tell you, the delivery from Daikin was a complete mess! Can you believe they managed to mess it up not once, not twice, but three times? It was quite frustrating. Thankfully, Ryan jumped right in and resolved the situation swiftly. Kudos to him for handling it so well. All in all, despite the delivery mishaps, I am very satisfied with the installation.

Amazing. My daughter came out of surgery just before the uk heatwave and RB squeezed me in literally just as the temperature rose. I’ve got a very smart Samsung unit which although is supposed just to cool the room actually cools the whole flat. Louis was delightful and did a very neat job no marks no mess and he was lovely to have around. He was on time and there was no mess. We struggled a bit with deciding where the unit should go outside as I ordered fittings for the floor but changed my mind to wall hanging and luckily he had the parts for that so was able to do it. Great job !

What can I say. This was a very challenging job but Ryan did not give up and completed the job and did he do a brilliant job at that. I am totally 100% happy and would recommend RB Air Conditioning.

From first appointment and meeting through to quoting for the work Ryan was always on time, was polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. I messed him around a bit on changing installation dates and he remained unfazed and retained his composure. All communication was answered promptly and clearly. Prior to installation Ryan calculated what unit would suit my requirements. Ryan provided three options at different price levels allowing me to make an informed decision. Ryan’s knowledge is excellent. Ryan arranged delivery and confirmed a date to install. I had a few questions during this time , Ryan always replied to my messages. On the day of installation he arrived on time and was extremely particular taking time to ensure everything was level, neat and tidy. I had the cables concealed which was extra work. Ryan arrived with his crew on the Saturday and they started work. They were all very polite and professional, a pleasure to meet and have working in my home. The guys installed an LG system, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, with a pump in the attic. They were clean, tidy and efficient. The very tough walls caused a few issues and I was impressed by the level of communication, it was overcome and Ryan tested and commissioned the system on Sunday.
